Worried about oral sex and hiv

On august 18th and 26th, I received and gave unprotected oral sex with a man. He didn't ejaculate in my mouth. We did have protected vaginal sex. About 6 weeks after the encounter I started having symptoms including achy muscles and joints, nausea, diarrhea, itchy skin, did not look like a rash, swollen lymph nodes, loss of appetite accompanied with weight loss, no fever or night sweats. I went about 4 days after the symptoms started and had a test done. It was about 7 weeks after the exposure. I got an oraquick advance hiv 1/2 test done which came back negative. I still do not have an appetite and continue to lose weight. Are my symptoms mostly due to my anxiety and can I believe the test results or should I continue to get tested?

I see no risk from protected sex and unprotected oral.

Is that result a pretty good indicator that I don't have it?
