HIV Scare

I recently had an encounter with a prostitute. She touched herself, sticking her finger in her vagina and playing with her clitoris. I paid her just to watch. I was always clothed, but what I am scared about is what happened later. When I paid her I was expecting change, but she said she didn't owe me money, so I complained. Before long she pushed me out of the room we were in with a lot of force. She scratched me (I am pretty sure no blood came of the scratch, it was more like 3 red dots that formed) and also left a large bruise on my arm. My arm was covered by long sleeves. I am scared that when she grabbed my arm with her hand, which had vaginal fluid on it, that the bruise was like a deep massage getting HIV deep in tissue and also that the scratch could have gotten vaginal fluid into blood stream. Am I at risk for HIV (if she had HIV) or similar diseases? Thank you for any advice.
