Hello this is my story in February I made the worst mistake of my life went to a massage center I got a massage and after I was touching the lady nipple for 2 min then she give me a handjob for about 4 with oil after I cleaned my self with the same hand that I touched her nipple. I was so worried so after 40 days i went and i got check for std and hiv 4th generation test all negative I have OCD and Anxiety I have lost 30 pounds also when I was a kind I had a generic autoimmune deficiency(mbl deficiency) so after 11 week I had sore throat for a week with fever of 99 I wait 14 weeks and I got check again std and hiv 4th generation test negative at 15 weeks I was having discomfort after I pee and rectal pressure so went to see my doctor he did a urinalysis culture and CBC all normal he prescribed cypro i took it for 14 days I didn't help he sent me to the urologist he did another urinalysis culture CBC and renal ultrasound all normal he told that i don't need further std testing that my problem is not std he say could be no bacterial prostatitis because all the stress and anxiety he told me to take probiotics now my anxiety and stress are killing me I told my doctor about my autoimmune deficiency he told me that I won't affect the std or hiv test because the 4th generation look for antibodies and the virus as well that my std test are conclusive he say that my problem is ocd he sent me to see a psychology what you guys think? Should i got test again for std and hiv?Please help this is the list of test that i have done:
Std HiV test 4th generation at 40 days after
Std HiV test 4th generation at 95 days after
2 Completed Blood Count
4 urinalysis culture
1 renal ultrasound
Everything normal is this anxiety and ocd or something else ?

You had no risk from what you've described. It's not even that big of a deal what you did. You should quit beating yourself up over what amounts to a non issue. I think you're totally blowing this way out of proportion and you should just forget about it and move on with your life.

Thank you so much for your answer! I forgot to mention the urologist told me that I have a little balanitis but he doesn't want to do a culture he told me since I have a job that I sweat a lot it could be from the heat, he just said to clean it really good this have to do anything with std?

This forum is only for HIV, which you do not have.  You can post in STDs if you want, but think about it - if your urologist thought it had anything to do with an STD, don't you think he would have mentioned that?

What about the symptoms that I  had 11 weeks after sore throats, whole body pain and fever of 99.5 for a week? Is possible to show symptoms after 11 weeks?

You listed the only problems here "I have OCD and Anxiety " This is an HIV forum and can't provide the one on one that you need to try to deal with your pain.

As you were advised, you didn't have any risk for HIV, so of course your symptoms cannot be related to HIV, as it's not possible to have symptoms from a disease you cannot have.  There is nothing more for our members to say about this no-risk event and your non-HIV related symptoms.

first I'd like to say that testing was a complete waste of time because HIV is not transmitted from the exposure you have described, and never will be. alo, you should already know the answers to your questions since they have been answered by your doctor and not strangers on the Internet. would you believe us over a medical professional?  he is clearly correct, you have a mental problem that you need help with, which is obvious since you're here asking these questions, and like you'd been told, you have tested negative and it is conclusive.

you have to ask the STI section of the forum for that, this section is for HIV only, which you do not have.
