HIV From cunnilingus

I feel daft asking this question but I am very worried, I gave a sex worker oral sex and that was it - no penetrative sex and no receiving of oral.

every post on this website states that hiv is not possible to be transmitting this way although
my worry is the same day I got my teeth cleaned at the dentist which always causing bleeding when they scrape away the plaque and my teeth generally do bleed when I brush them, also 2 week from the event I woke up at 4 in the morning with vomiitting, diarrhea aching bones etc - 2 days in this has now eased I just feel a bit washed out and very concerned that I may have contracted HIV.

do you think I should get a test or is it really not possible to transmit HIV in this way and it is just a coincidence that I have had some sort of virus.

many thanks for you time and appreciate your answer in advance

You have already been advised by our members that you never had a risk.  Your cough, therefore, would not be associated.  As our members have stated, if you never had a risk, you can't have HIV.  We are closing this discussion.

oh hell I have just read this article and my dry cough seems to fit, I feel like my lymph nodes are a bit swollen as my jaw feels a bit funny but don't know if I am being paranoid, on a good note my flu like symptons and vomiting did disappear quickly no wear near 2 weeks long, and my through and soreness is only 18 days after suspected exposure and this article says they would be in the 2nd week of illness not 5days in.

I also read that they have been some reported transmissions from cunnilingus

Im really in a start of panic reading so many conflicting things I don't know what to believe

EXTRACT BELOW
Body-wide symptoms — The most common body-wide signs and symptoms of acute HIV include fever (temperature above 100.4ºF or 38ºC), sore throat, headache, and muscle and joint pain. These flu-like symptoms last approximately two weeks.
During the second week of the illness, most people also have painless swelling of certain lymph nodes, including those in the armpits and in the neck. Although the lymph nodes decrease in size after the first few weeks, swelling can linger.
Skin, mouth, genital symptoms — Many people also develop a rash of the skin about two to three days after fever. The rash usually affects the face, neck, and upper chest or may be more widespread. The rash usually lasts approximately five to eight days.
One characteristic feature of acute HIV infection is open sores or ulcers. These sores or ulcers can develop in the mouth, the esophagus (the tube that extends from the mouth to the stomach), the anus, or the penis. The ulcers are usually painful. However, only a small proportion of those with acute HIV develop these sores.
Digestive symptoms — Many people with acute HIV infection develop nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, and weight loss.
Respiratory symptoms — A dry cough is usually the only respiratory symptom associated with primary HIV infection.

It's not a risk.  It is a theoretical risk, meaning it COULD happen, but that's not how people get infected.  If you don't have unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, and don't share IV drug needles, you will never have to concern yourself with HIV.
