It's been told to you by members here that you did not possess a risk for HIV contraction from any of your events. Your fears are irrational, you are fine and need no testing and there is nothing more that we can add to assure you of that.

If you are unable to think in the right direction, please see a counselor, you do not have a concern that belongs here since we are only specific to HIV prevention.

Your risk remained non-existent throughout. HIV transmission is possible only through unprotected anal and / or vaginal sex when we talk about the sexual routes.

You never needed a test. You are fine

Tks for the clarification just because recently my partner had a lump like thing on the outside of her armpit although doctors have clarified it might but only a insect bite I have been quite worried as I though it might have been due to me having the issue and passing on although I don't have unprotected sex with myvoartner but involved in kissing etc
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is  protected and there is zero risk
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk.
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
Your last response seems to indicate that you continue to have fears due to some kind of incorrect self diagnosis of a lump. Take the doc's advice about insect instead so you can move on.
Yes quite true many thanks
Protected sex with condom never warrant a test at all unless the condom failed.
Does rubbing the penis in the anal area on top pose a risk of transmission or does it have to be fully penetrative to have the risk of transmission
It has to be full penetration, and rubbing isn't even penetration. Reread about external.
Again just clarifying all encounters were protected and as mentioned above but frequency was once a month does the frequency increase the chance of risk even though protected?
Sorry for the repeated pestering but I recall once incident where it wasn’t a anal penetration but I rubbing on the back of the ass without condom and the penis just slightly touched the hole and I immediately took it let’s say 2-3 secs is this still pose a significant risk ? Just to be clear the penis never went through the hole as as soon I realised it was going to go in I took it out
Let's make this simple since there are only 3. Which of the only 3 do you feel was your risk? If none then you are just worrying about your own theory which is unrealistic to believe that can become reality.
