Help me , I am worried
Hi , I had protected intercourse about one year ago with a prostitue , and Recently it's been 4 months I am having a sever sinuses that causes headac ! And after that I got married , and my wife is keeps having bacterial vaginosis . And her menstrual cycle is not normal .. I am so worried please I want someone expert to answer this . I can't sleep I always think about it
Hello worried guy .Your fears are completely irrational and totally unwarranted.Psychotherapy (counseling) is best. If that's not available, anti-anxiety medications may help.Yoga, meditation, exercise, etc. can also help reduce stress in general. Remember, your problem is fear, not HIV, OK? Good luck.
