First of all, what you describe is not a "rash".
See a dermatologist...it isn't related to HIV.
Oh,and no doctor told you it could be a combination of herpes and scabies!!! Scabies is a parasitic infection and herpes is a viral infection. The two have NOTHING to do with one another. Also, if you saw a doctor and they sispected scabies, you would have been treated.
PLEASE don't insult my (our) intelligence.
You do not have an HIV concern.
Ok... The doctors don't know what it is, perhaps a combination of scabies and herpes? Nothing is working and I have an "ulcer" type sore on my penis. This rash is really affecting me and I've got anxiety because I did find out for sure that the man I had oral with does have HIV for sure. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this rash and I'm scared
What do you not understand about NO risk???? It doesn't matter what kind of rash you have or any other "symptom" for that matter...you can NOT get HIV from oral sex or condom protected sex!
Now, kindly move along!!
i forgot to also mention that I was "deep throating" him and i actually threw up some water during. So I was thinking it could have gotten into my sinuses (i dont know if that's possible)
He showed me his test results, which said "negative"...but i really honestly think he was lying to me about his status. I heard that if someone is on HIV meds they can test negative on an antibody test, is this true? The exposure was solely oral unprotected and he was precumming a great deal.
Is it possible to only have a rash and no other ARS symptoms?
This rash has still not gone away. It started as a bump on my hand, then my pelvis, then my shoulder, and now some on my upper chest. It's very very itchy and looks similar to hives or eczema. The doctor tested me for all std's and gave me treatment for scabies (which so far after 2 days hasn't worked). The doctor also gave me treatment for herpes just to be safe. I do not have any other ARS symptoms. It's been 4 weeks. My antibody test is negative, but I'm considering paying for a PCR test because I can't seem to cope with this stress knowing that I was exposed and now have a rash.

You do not have an HIV concern. If you feel unwell see your doctor.
Something is definitely wrong with me. It's been almost four week since my possible exposure. This rash is weird and itchy. It's a single bump that appears on my hand, my shoulder, my arm, my leg, my butt.. And the bumps aren't usually close together but look like a infected hair follicle. I have a tender sore on the roof of my mouth. I'm freaking out.. Please advise me on this. I don't have a fever or sickness otherwise.
None what so ever,you're safe.
Thank you very much for your advice?
So "deep throating" poses no additional risk?
Rash is an ARS symptom but you had no HIV risk so it's not related to ARS.I really wouldn't worry about your situation because nothing you engaged in was ever a risk for HIV infection.
This is weird... This rash is still there after 3 or 4 days. It's like a little bump will appear on my stomach, my arm, my butt, or leg and then that spot will be very itchy. I know that people who have recently contracted HIV do often get a rash, but is this typical of HIV infection?
Oral sex is not a risk, and condoms are 100% effective HIV barrier. So You are fine. :)
