HIV RISK PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I HAD SEX WITH A MALE I AM ALSO A MALE (I WAS RECEPTIVE PARTNER/ BOTTOM. I LATER FOUND OUT HE HAS HIV AND IS NOT ON MEDICATION.

A CONDOM WAS USED FOR ANAL AND ORAL SEX BUT HE DID FINISH INSIDE ME IN THE CONDOM.

DO I HAVE A CHANCE OF CATCHING HIV SHALL I GO AND GET PEP/PESE TREATEMENT.

PLEASE HELP

You can't get hiv when you used a condom so you are safe. Therefore, there was no risk.

There really isn't a need for another answer.  Undetectable holes/tears in condoms are a myth.  As long as the head of your penis was visibly covered during intercourse, you had zero risk for HIV.

I was bottom / receptive so my penis was not covered thanks so I have a risk then
No hiv is dead in air so your unprotected penis would have to be penetrating an anus or vagina for there to be a risk.
No, of course you didn't have a risk.  In the case where you are the bottom, you are safe if HIS penis head was covered.  I don't know why you're trying so hard to make this no-risk event into a risk, but it's a waste of time.

Could have semen leaked out as he finished inside? Or small tear

Microtears are a myth. If a condom fails, it rips wide down the seam. Time to move on as I said below.
