HIV DUO test accuracy 10 weeks

I've had multiple negative antibody tests before now and I got a DUO test at 69 days (one day shy of 10 weeks) in hopes of putting this to rest or finding out if I have it. It came back negative, I would like to know if it's possible for there to be a window when both antibodies and antigens aren't detected? And is this good enough for me to move on?

Take the 3 test again at 3 months to comply with federal guidelines.

I should also add that I donated blood which was around 55ish days, not to get tested but because some friends wanted to and at the time I was less freaked out. Does this further confirm that I'm fine? It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't gotten any call or letters. And I did call about it and was told my blood was fine, hopefully that means I tested negative for everything
