Squirt and Vaginal fluid

These are two situations that occurred at the same time which I would need so help answering,

1. He had foreplay with a girlfriend, both naked and the girl touched her vagina first out of excitement. she masturbated herself for a while and then immediately touched his penis with the same hand she was using to masturbate herself and she gave a hand job to him touching the tip and the whole penis. the question is, can he get the HIV virus from her vaginal fluid if she she positive?

2. She Squirted while he was also fingering her and some of the squirt liquid or fluid touched his penis, it stayed on his penis for 5 mins then he washed it, Can he can be infected with the HIV Virus from the squirted fluid if the girl is positive?

Kindly waiting for your response, it's very urgent and Important, Thank you

I don't know who "he" is, but "he" was never at risk for HIV.  The only ways to get HIV, sexually, are to put an unprotected penis INSIDE a vagina or anus.  That's it.  There is no other sexual situation that you can think of that would be a risk for HIV.  Fluid outside of the body that lands on a penis or a finger does not put anyone at risk for HIV.

The other way to get HIV is to share intravenous drug needles, but "he" didn't do that either.

Zero risk for HIV.  Zero reason to test for HIV.

Thank you for your swift response to the question,  So does this mean the only way sexually to get HIV is that the unprotected penis MUST be inside the vagina, which means the virus can't be transferred outside the vagina in this case, not through any bodily fluids whatsoever?
The advice was clear (and restated in triplicate) so there is no reason for you to restate it and put a question mark at the end.
Thank you
