Oral and HIV

So I have been talking to this girl for about two months and we have gone on dates but nothing has happened until last night.  I made out with her and things got heavy.  I went and I gave her oral sex, but I only flicked her clitoris.and I fingered her....that is it not sex for me( I am too paranoid)  So when I got back to my house, a flood of emotions came in at me and I immediately started to panic.  Did I get HIV or any other type of STD...I was reading that former child actor Danny Pintauro caught HIV through oral sex and he also said that he had ulcers in his mouth.  I don't think that I have ulcers in my mouth and like I stated earlier...going down on her was the only form of SEX i had with her.  Am I worrying to much about this?  Do i need to go see a shrink?  I would also like to add that on May 19 I had a HIV Rapid Uni Gold test and I was negative.  I go every quarter to get tested with this type of test even thought I do not have sex with anyone....Am I going crazy?

As you have already been told, your risk never existed. Move on with your life normally, you are fine

So okay...so Danny Pintauro, says he got from oral sex and I have read other literature that says that you can get it?  I was sort of licking her clitoris and there was an air gap you know...like exposed to the air, should i be worried about it now?

You had no risk. You do not need to test. No one has ever got HIV from oral sex a lone but oral sex can carry other stds. I recommend speaking with the girl. Both of you should discuss this and get tested together.  Have a full std panel done. This will also help you become more comfortable with each other.  Do not start focusing symptoms and stay of Google. You did not get HIV from this.
