10 month exposure

I had a high risk exposure with a women of unknown status. No condom was used and the relationship lasted about a year.

Fast forward 10 months. I have now take over the counter Oraquick test from local pharmacy. I went to two different pharmacies to make sure lot numbers were different. Two test from one pharmacy (same lot numbers) and two test from another pharmacy (same lot numbers).

Tested twice 2 weeks ago - both negative
Test twice this week - both negative

I use chewing tobacco and afraid it may alter the saliva and or test.

How confident can I be in 4 negative saliva based Oraquick tests?

I’m worried there is so much information out there and things aren’t clear. Experts state the tests are unreliable negative or positive. Also, long term cases apparently don’t detect the p24 antigen? People with latency and/or AIDS test negative using this test because the p24 antigen isn’t present or detective. Why would they offer this for sale if this is the case. What would my odds be of being positive after 4 negative oral tests. Should I be worried?

Should 4 straight test be conclusive. Is there a chance I could still test positive on blood test?

Conclusive the chances of 4 tests been wrong is astronomical. We are talking massive odds. You are of course free to blood test if it will relax you but I see no need.
You have far greater chance of oral cancer from the chewing tobacco than you do from your fear the test was not conclusive so your priorities are misplaced when you worry about the test.
