i have a negative 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 month post exposure hiv antibody test from the lab.but have what looks like thrush on the back of my tongue.could these test be wrong?could stress do this?

3 months post exposure is when a test is conclusive.

why does this dr kaul on the med help infectious med help sight say its possible to have negative test after 41/2 and 61/2 months be false negative?does he not know what hes talking about?
