Do i have hiv or what are chances

Okay long story, So i am 19 male and i had anal sex with another 19 year old male (both of us white), i was insertive only, the condom broke so i immediately pulled out and said i did not want to do it anymore anyway so after that he performed oral sex on me for another 20 minutes and then i came and went to sleep. The next day i asked him if he had an sti he said no, he said last year he had 2 sexual partners one in june and one in october and he used a condom and got tested both times after and were negative. The test in october would only really pick up anything caught in june and not in october if he caught anything. Even though he could really be lying about using a condom who knows and what i am more concerned about is his test in october as it would not reveal his sexual encounter in october the results. Anyway so from what you have heard/ what i have said should i be concerned about the event as the condom broke and am i at high risk of having contracted anything? Replies would be great thank you very much.

It was anal sex that you had an exposure not the oral sex.

We don't GUESS. As you  were told you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
