Swallowing during oral sex

Hello. I was performing oral sex on a man and during the act he ejaculated in my mouth. I accidently swallowed it.
An hour later, my stomach started to hurt with a headache. I am scared of getting hiv.
I dont know the guy neither whats his hiv status.
Can swallowing a big amount of cum lead to hiv transmission? I did deepthroat and afraid of having damaged my throat and the semen enter the blood through there.
Thank you

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (maybe blood, maybe cuts anywhere, mouth, penis, hand, saliva, etc. ) . You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you ANSWER "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
If you still have questions about your risk, after reading all of the above, then it is because you didn't answer the QUESTION above.

All of your last questions were answered by GuitarRox, because you clearly stated the situation in your first post. There was no purpose in you copying his advice and sticking question marks after each sentence of it.

Here are the risks for HIV transmission, having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. That is it. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Giving oral sex, swallowing semen are not risks for HIV. And certainly, having a stomachache the same day has zero to do with hiv. Do you get super nervous frequently?

So there is no need to get nervous? I wasnt prepared or planning to swallow and did not know he was ejaculating which nade me super nervous.
You mean there is no need even for testing? Because i do not know if i have cuts or anything in my motuh. I keep good mouth hygene and ther are no sores or cuts that im aware of. Does it increase the risk? Im still really nervous
There is no risk. You don't need to test. That's exactly what I mean. You will remain nervous because that is what anxiety is. But you have to just feel the anxiety and let it move through you. It will go away. If we keep reassuring you, it will hang around. You had no risk, you do not need to worry.
