Symptoms after giving oral M2M

Hi, I'm a gay male. In the summer I had 2 protected receptive anal intercourses in a bathhouse. Both times I used my own condom, I put it on and made sure it didn't slip or break.

Four weeks ago I performed oral on a guy. It was only for a while, maybe around a minute. There was no ejaculation, nor did I feel any precum. During all activities I mentioned there was also a lot of heavy kissing with different guys. Also I tend to have canker sores and bleeding gums (though I do not recall having them then, and I brushed my teeth only in the morning - oral was at night).

Now, at the beginning of the 4th week I started having diarrhea - and it's pure water, also stomach growling and slight discomfort. It's been going for 5 days now. I have not experienced any other symptoms.

I am worried sick this might be HIV symptom, diarrhea shouldn't last so long. What do you think?

Oral sex is a negligible risk of HIV, which means that it is only a theory, conditions for transmissions are almost impossible to reproduce in real life and no serious case has ever been recorded.
You were not at risk from this exposure and do not require testing. Your symptoms are caused by something else.

Thank you. I thought the same, but in this situation you start to think crazy thoughts. Still, my gum condition makes me scared a bit, after all it is possible. I am getting the test done soon.
There is no risk... for a transmission to happen the viral would need to extremely high and you should have huge open wounds in your mouth. I doubt you were giving oral sex while having a tooth extracted for example.
I personally would not test for that but if you really want to make sure a test is considered conclusion at 28 days by most experts and 42 days by the CDC.
If you get tested, also get checked for chlamydia, gonorrhea and other common STIs as those can be transmitted by oral sex and are also much easier to catch.
Thank you again. I will check with my doctor to see what he says, It can't hurt to be sure.
