Symptoms of HIV

Hi,
I recently had unprotected sex, 2-3 days later I developed cold like symptoms and 4-5 days later my penis foreskin has become dry at times and the head is wrinkly and feels a different texture to usual (though it is not itchy, red or sore in any way). Does this sound like a STD? I have read that HIV can give you cold/ flu symptoms after 2-4 weeks, so is 2-3 days too early?

I have no reason to believe the girl I was with had any STDs but I will go get checked but I just want some reassurance for the tome being that this is nothing to worry about too much and may be just an coincidence considering a lot of people close to me have had colds lately and the dry skin may be down to the fact that I have been showering/ washing more than usual with a different soap etc.

Thanks

Great thanks for confirming that! Any other time it would have just been a common cold, but now I'm a bit paranoid about every little thing!
