question? please help

in june i had an encounter
i performed oral sex on a male
idk his hiv status
he didnt ejaculate in my mouth but im pretty sure i swallowed some of his precum
i been really worriing i regret it so much i cant do anything cuz im always thinkin bout hiv
my joints have been hurtin,i think i have swollen lymph nodes,under my arm pits & groin area sometime it stings & i just got a cold
im always worring & thinkin the worst i just want to know wat my risk was
i done a couple of hiv test last one was oct 7th
should i re do another hiv test
can this all be anxiety
