Probability of infection p is always confirmed after test t which done after minimum days . Your exposure ,e is unknown however is irrelevant if t is known and symptoms s have nothing to do with p,e and t .But t can tell that s has nothing /or related to infection.
Your 10 weeks neg is very good indicative. Though 12 weeks is conclusive.But important is another 2 weeks it is highly unlikely to change.
I have not seen (or nobody) that neg in 10 weeks will pos in another two weeks.
Do the 12 weeks conclusive test and collect the negative result and forget hiv
