Teak please and all experts

25 days ago i had a sexual intercourse with my ex girl friend that i didnt see for 12 months. without condom as usual with her. she was tested for HIV 6 weeks before the event for her application for work in a hospital. anyways :
7 days after the sex i had an ulcer on my penis, painless, rounded red from the surrounding and white empty from the center, looks like a volcano, in day 17 i have a swelling node on my groin only (ulcer side). the gland pains only when i touch it or press on it, the ulcer doesnt pain, it only pained the 1st 3 days only when i touch it or presss on it.
i have no fever and no other HIV symptom at all and i am feeling very well.
could this be HIV ? i am not in touch with her cause she got angry when i asked her and showed her my ulcer, i dont care anyways but i cant ask her again or get her tested, she is very sure about her HIV status, please advice of what the ulcer can be,
can HIV make such a thing only ? pleae advie

thank you teak, i will test sure even i know she is not HIV positive (her test 6 weeks before shows), i was just worried that she could catch something between her test and her relation with me which is the 6 weeks period.
by the way, i am one of the people who had all kind of symptoms few months ago and i was here on medhelp, i tested negative for syphlis and heptatitis and HIV 1 and HIV 2, after 14 weeks of my event.
thanks again

No HIV does not cause ulcers on your penis. You put yourself at risk by having unprotected sex.  Test at 6 weeks and then get a conclusive test at 12 weeks. Next time use a condom.
