Very worried I have too many signs of ARS

Ok basically I have been reading various posts on this great site, Aidsmeds and the body and come to the conclusion that I must be 100% HIV positive.

My Risk

Protected vaginal sex with a Thai sex worker.
I touched the condom after possible traces of vaginal secretions were on my fingers (as I touched her genitals minutes before applying my condom, stupidly it seems.)

What signs is worried about -

After roughly 30 days of exposure a lymph node on my armpit was swollen and very painful.

Roughly 35 days after exposure same thing but under my chin (at this point armpit gland had gone back to normal)

At 39 days after possible expure and already second guessing possible ars (after googling the armpit node) I develop a sore in my mouth and sore on my left wrist (very small and not painful, maybe could have been caused by my watch)

The next day a sore throat and mild fever, chills, general mild flu like symptoms....everything but the sore throat goes after 2 days.

However tingling sensations in my lower body develop and continue for about 5 days....sometime slight burning sensation...never painful...never accompanied by any rash or markings I think it sounds like peripheral neuropathy .

After reading on various trusted websites as a possible ars symptom, i creepily develop a stiff/ sore neck. If it is my mind and body playing tricks on my then it did it very well and it wasn't mild stiffness and was sore to touch on one side. I won't rule out the possibility that it was a pulled muscle as it occurred while doing strenuous exercise. I also have some diareah over the course or 2-3 days but not that badly so may be coincidental.

Most concerning of all from day 39 to day 59 i have noticed multiple, generalised lymph nodes. Ok so it is possible one or two of these "nodes" is just a muscle or ligament and my paranoia has decided it’s a node,  however there were some which were tender to touch and very convincing in texture from what I’ve read and so probably were enlarged lymph nodes...they were on both elbows...., right thigh,,,,left knee, groin, and neck behind one ear...possibly my back and back of my head to...the have all gone now apart from my neck I think it is paratoid gland which seems to have got a bit worse in the last week, feels like alcohol makes it swell the morning after so will not be drinking for a while (on each side un jawbone, where you can feel a pulse) these nodes are not painful but very swollen.

I still have feelings of weakness and slight fatigue even now nearly 3 weeks after initial stuff started. From what i can gather i have a nasty virus...its attacking my whole immune system, it started within the possible time boundaries of my exposure and since I have no swollen tonsils and the sore throat wasn’t really that bad I feel it won’t be mono...however I have been in close quarters at the same sort of time with a friend who had a bad case of mono a few months before so slim chance could explain that if it were to be mono of course.

I just like to point out that I know symptoms cannot be used to confirm or rule out when it comes to HIV....but the whole thing seems far too coincidental for my liking and i have nothing to do but accept that I probably have HIV. As for anyone I am quite distressed about it, not that there’s ever a good time to be diagnosed with it I am holding off the test for a few months so I can finish college stuff without massive mental interference, although the current worry is pretty bad...I don’t have prejudice to the disease and know it’s not a death sentence but I am so young and not sure if I can handle the pressures of having it and the lifestyle change and hiding it from people etc.....I know this was a massive rant but please give me your thoughts.

i forgot to say that i wore the condom inside out....i know it sounds strange but i find it easier getting them on that way....it did still cover my entire penis, however i have heard that you shouldn't do this, maybe that was my risk?

Had the condom failed you would have known. You wouldn't have had to look at it because through their  design when a condom fails it fails catastrophically.

the thing is iv read that if used correctly condoms can never be 100% effective against HIV ( e.g.wiki says on 87% effective) so theres always that tiny tiny  chance that they wont work. another thing is if the SW had a large viral load at the time the chance of the condom not working is much grater and accoding to many sorces if someone has more than one sti the chances of having a high HIV viral load (if they were already pos) is much higher and a SW is likely to have more than one sti right?. i did not check the condom after i withdrew for breaks aswell, not that i had any reason to think there was one but i wish i did now so i could be a bit more assured.
