99% sure i got Hiv from handjob

This is the only act we did. 3 Days later I started to get soaking night sweats that lasted 2 weeks and has recurred off an on 2 weeks later. Extreme fatigue for over a month now. Extreme headaches for a month straight. Stiff neck for a month. Ulcers in my mouth i can feel with my tongue. Extreme muscle fatigue from working doing the stuff ive always done and my legs are sore for days. Complete change in bowel movement diarahii that has been off and on for a month. Tingling sensation in arms and legs, and pain in my left side, which has led to blood flow issues in my left shoulder at times. Im pretty coordinated and have been dropping things/neurological issues. Uncontrollable shaking in my legs when i woke up a couple times. Rash that appeared on my left elbow three weeks later. Never had a problem getting erection b4 now cant get an erection without touching penis(unrelated possible due to dry humping). Tingling and frequent need to urinate in urethra diagnosed with a urinary track infection. Change of conciousness for first two weeks after it happened. Excessive sweating from any activity even in air condition. Still having these neourlogical problems currently, excessive sweating, neck stiffness, extreme fatigue muscle fatigue, depression, mouth ulcers, rash started to subside. Told girl about these problems and first she said she got tested for hiv/stds a year ago, then she changed it to three months ago but, said she had unprotected sex with two guys since then. I got tested at 3 weeks with ag/ab test is was negative and got tested at 5 weeks with a rapid at the clinic negative. Girl said some weird things when I asked her about, stds and hiv. Like if i gave you hiv we can get married and when I persisted on talking about her sex life to access my risk and if she would possible get tested, she said, Im a pervert, to never call her again, and she doesn't want to know if I have HIV. So im taking another test at 6 weeks CMIA but, I think im in serious trouble here?
Just curious hopingformercy re your initial post back on 2012, did you follow up with another hiv test, and what was the result ?
Im if you healthy ur whole life and after this happened u can barely make it through the day because ur having so many problems. And the problems happened b4 u went on the internet and started looking up symptoms, that is not psychological. But your right the test is the only thing that will give me my answers and if i test positive, im not going to care about what i was told on these forums. My doc did prescribe some antidepressants so im going to take them instead of posting, I just hate myself for not stopping what happened and knowing all this pain is from a couple mins of pleasure. I just want to say anyone who has HIV is a much stronger person than me and should be applauded for fighting through it. I wont post again and wont post my results, thanks.

You don't need the original poster to tell you - the result was negative because, like you, he had NO RISK for HIV.

There is no information on your situation that you can introduce that will change that, therefore we have no more advice to offer you, other than to seek help that you clearly need. Well i just searched the web and basically read that hiv dies rapidly once outside the body but survives for an unknown amount of time, until it dries.(read it on thebody) As well as other sites that say fluids can make any safe sex activity unsafe. And my activity was basically intentionally wiping fingered fluids into my urethra as the handjob was mainly on the top of the penis head seconds after i took my finger out of her vagina within ten seconds she wiped my fingers clean and did that. So basically its my own fault but based on my severe symptoms that are prototypical acute hiv symptoms, the fact im 99.9 percent sure she has hiv. I have one more question? If you had an active break out of Genital Herpes during an immediate hand job with Vaginal fluids from fingering, would this pose a risk. Because i read 80percent of hiv transmission envolves genital herpes.
Yeah, ive been to my family doctor a couple times and have been diagnosed with nothing but the problems persist. I hear you man and its definately added to the problems. And the big thing I forgot to mention is ive lost 14 pounds without exercise and reducing eating during this sickness.286 to 272 in about a month. When you add that up with getting tingling problems in arms and legs, left side pain/back pain extreme muscle fatigue from squating to run stock, where im having pain walking days after. Night sweats, rash, bowel issues, blood flow issues, extreme fatigue, stiff neck that still hasnt gone away other then the rash and night sweats. When I go to the gym all the time and felt fine b4 this happened. Honestly, if its not HIV its probably worse.

The one thing else I forgot to mention is. I do get which i think are boyles under my stomach and have a couple on the top of my bladder which poped and are flat now, When she went down on me she got some of the fluid on those getting to my penis. Is that a possible cause for concern?
Hope your right bro. I mean based on how this girl reacted it seems highly likely she knows she has it or doesnt want to know which is unresponseable to others. Im not trying to be the first Virgin to get HIV through a method that has no risk. But, you guys dont know me so I can see you not trusting what I say as truth. But if you believe what i'm telling you with the symptoms, I described does this not sound like HIV? Ill get tested at 6 weeks and 3 months and ill let you guys know how it goes, thanks for the words of positive encouragement.
