I m currently 7 months pregnant and I found out that my partner was hiv+ when I was 3 months into my pregnancy. However my partner has an undetectable viral load for more than 3 years and he has strict compliance towards his antiviral medication. Ever since my knowledge of his hiv status, we have stop all sexual encounter and I had repeatedly tested hiv negative up till 96 days from my last exposure. I had all negative test for HIV 1/2 ELISA at 3 and 4 weeks and Rapid hand prick test And HIV antigen and antibody test at 8 weeks. I have no any symptoms throughout all this while.
However all is well until one week after my last hiv negative test I.e. 96 days past last exposure (using hand prick rapid test), my whole body starts to erupt with chicken pox rashes which doesn't really itch accompany by mild sore throat and fever of 37.3c. I went and see a dermatologist who diagnosed my symptom as chicken pox.
My question is:
1) Could pregnancy cause delay in seroconversion?
2) could the chicken pox was wrongly diagnosed but it's actually an acute HIV rash seeing it doesn't really itch?
3) does HIV acute rash resemble chicken pox rashes?
4) could I take my test result as conclusive despite the outbreak of the chicken pox or should I get retested after my chicken pox subsided?
Thanks for answering my worries. Much appreciated.

2. ARS do not appear that late. Typical period for HIV related ARS is between 2-4 weeks after the exposure. In your case this "eruption" is after four months of your last contact with him, This is not ARS
3. Not necessarily. ARS related rashes come in a package and always accompany with fever 38.5-39.0 C
4. Yes. Your test done after 90 days is conclusive
