Testing in light of symptoms

I need some help. A month ago, I had a sexual encounter (protected oral & vaginal) with a csw. On Tuesday, 28 days later, I had a rapid test that came back negative.

However since that day, I've developed a host of wierd symptoms. First my neck & the back of my knees were swollen. Then yesterday I developed welts on the back of my shoulder and was feeling feverish.

These seem to be classic Ars symptoms which doesn't make sense since I took protective measures against acquiring hiv. It's causing me to freak out. I took some meds for the rash and it hasn't gone but the fever has.

I've heard of cases where people somehow acquired the virus even when their risk was low. Could this be my case ??? I'm scared to test again as it might turn out positive.

It is like crossing a street when there aren't any cars on it,tripping and breaking your arm. Then telling your doc that you had a risk of being hit by a car and have classic symptoms of being hit by a car so you know that is why it is broken.

No, it can't since your risk is zero. You can't get HIV when you used the condom so you need to move on from self diagnosing HIV. Self diagnosis is generally wrong and yours is a classic example of a person having no medical training and focusing on a disease you can't have. See doc for proper diagnosis because there are thousands of diseases that you don't know anything about.

You did not have a risk in the first place for HIV.  Not in any way.  Protected vaginal and oral sex are safe sex.  HIV is transmitted ONLY through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, your symptoms are not classic ars and not related to HIV at all.  You tested negative on top of this (as you would with not ever having had a risk).  You need to move on from HIV for a cause of anything going on in your life.
