Is a HIV negative test conclusive at 9 weeks ?

Hey all! First, thanks for the amazing work you’re all doing. 9 weeks ago, I somehow ended up having UNPROTECTED anal sex with a sexually active guy whose status are unknown (please don’t tell me how risky is this again). Since then, I’ve been living with HIV-phobia. So, I did the following hiv tests :
1- HIV 1/2 RNA by PCR at 28 and 34 days,
2- HIV COMBI 1/2( Ag & ABS) at 34 days, 6 weeks, 7 weeks , and 9 weeks.
Fortunatley, They all came back Negative -and so did the other STD tests as well !! Now, Can I consider these tests conclusive and move on with my life? Or do I have to retest at the 12 week mark for an accurately conclusive result?

P.S: I have never taken PEPs and chemotherapies. I do NOT have any immunodeficiencies .

4 weeks is conclusive for duo test so retesting was abnormal and further testing indicates phobia. Move on from HIV.
