Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (cum,  etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed or touched you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.

It is very short time right. It will directly fall on the face right without much exposure to air?still it is not a risk?
Your initial description was very clear. Reread about instantly and ask yourself the QUESTION, then realize that it is time to move on.
Just to confirm 100 person risk free right?
Since you didn't answer the QUESTION, I will do it for you. ANSWER sb "No a penetrating penis in a vagina or anus was not involved in my face, and a hollow needle didn't inject my face so I should move on.
The reason I am getting worried is I don't want to put any one in risk. If is is risky incident I will take the next steps. Don't take the worng way pls ..
Your questions are endless and off -topic because you are so anxious that you haven't understood ANY of the advice.

The last one is a perfect example of being off-topic, since your anxiety made you ask the illogical question wondering if I am withholding information. "If is is risky incident I will take the next steps."

The topic of this forum is whether or not you can have hiv from this encounter. Please stick to it or we could be here all day.
Sorry for the trouble.reading the stuff from internet made me ask these questions.when I spoke to the doc he asked me to go to ICTC center for pep and he said hiv live for short time on surface.this will be my last post. Have a good day
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv cold turkey because you can find anything there. You need a new doctor because this guy's misinformation would make any patient nervous.
My doctor exact words are "better safe than sorry". anyways thanks for all the information.
His saying only applies when there is risk. He should know there was no risk.
I hope you didn't take PEP.
Will talk to him and show him this chat.probably he was talking about theoritical risk.
I did n' t. It happened today only. I spoke to him again. He told me that "open cuts and sores could transmit hiv eventhough risk is relatively low" and he is talking about the time interval (since cum  directly fall on place).I agree that I am spamming. I have no option other getting suggestions and confirmation from you.
