Please kindly advice i am very frightened

Hello. I am male 38 yearsI had hooked up with 3 sex workers in last one month.First instance took unprotected oral and didnt indulged in vaginal sex. Then after 5 days i got into activities i took unprotected oral but the vaginal sex was protected for 10 minutes or so.In thrid instance few days back i took both protectrd oral as well as protected vaginal sex infact i used two condoms for it.My question is stupidly i took two times unprotected oral which i sincerely regret.Do i need HIV testing. Also for vaginal protected sex is HIV Testing required?I am asking because today i found 4-5 red dots on my shaft head which disappeared when i washed it with water.Kindly suggest.Pl help.

U had no exposure dude... That test wasn't necessary... Since u already took it... Its good for u .. And u don't have HIV... Stay safe... Use condoms always... No matter what.. No condom no sex OK :)
Just like iommi said.. Relax and get over ur fears buddy..... Trust science... Condoms were built for such prevention.. If they werent reliable.. They wouldn't be suggested by WHO or CDC got it

Latex condom sex is safe sex concerning hiv.
Oral sex is not considered a risk for hiv. Theoretical at best.
No testing necessary for hiv.
BTW, doubling up on condoms increases the chance for breakage due to potential friction between them.
Ask in the std forum about your dots if you are still concerned.
