Oral Sex HIV risk

What are the odds of getting hiv from receiving an unprotected blowjob from a prostitute if I had a cut on my penis?  Not sure if she had any blood in her mouth or not.  No blood was obvious.  I understand that you cannot get hiv from saliva.  It would be blood contaminated saliva from her mouth I would be concerned about.

Yes, you should be back to your normal life, without worrying about tests etc because your risk never existed, therefore no point in going for the tests

So in your professional opinion I should carry on as usual and not worry about getting tested at all?  Thanks

We can't tell you what to believe, but we can tell you that our forums aren't a venue for debate over our stance that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.  Our stance will not change unless we receive definitive scientific evidence to the contrary.

So what you are saying is that I don't need to get tested for this exposure?  I cannot relax and have read different opinions from different websites.  Some of the doctors are saying that higher viral loads and certain other factors can increase your chance of getting it by receiving a blowjob.

No risk, whatever scenarios you bring in. Receptive oral sex is virtually a zero risk activity because there is not a single case reported in the entire history of the disease where someone caught it from unprotected receptive oral sex alone
