NEGATIVE AT 10 WEEKS 4RTH GENERATION BUT SYMPTOMS CONFUSE ME

I had a intercourse with a massuer in india with condom.Dont know the quality or how well placed it was on the penis. But it was there when i removed it.Had vaginal penetratuon with condom.Had oral lip kissing.

But after 1 2 days developed dairrhea chills sweating.Had no burning in urination. But diarhhea lasted long took anitbiotics which caused a fungal infection.Tested by 4RTH GEN COMBO P24 antibody antigen TEST AT 39,60 & 70 DAYS all negative.

Now i am experiencing pain in left testis on standing.Dont know whats causing the pain.Urlogist by the look of it says doesnt look like a infection.

I experience hot heads but no fever dont know whats causing it.Physcian says today's modern 4rth gen hiv testing is conclusive at 8 weeks after the exposure n  says there is no further need of testing. But in the web 3 months is prescribed everywhere.

Can testis pain be due to std or is it due to varicocele?

What do i do?please tell

Also there is a lot of confusion regarding the window period. Is it conclusive or do i need to test at 3 months.

This forum is for questions about HIV only, and as those have been fully answered, there isn't anything more our members can add.  We suggest seeing your doctor to determine the non-HIV related reasons for your health issues.

Consider a visit to your doctor so he can discuss that you had no risk and help you get peace of mind, since you haven't been able to get it from posting here.

You didn't have a risk. Also, nothing that you describe is specific to HIV ARS. It seems more of classic anxiety symptoms. I have read exactly the same kind of description of ARS symptoms across this forum from a lot of posters but they consistently kept getting a negative result. Eventually, either they accepted their result or went on to seek help to accept that they are fine because they were never exposed to the virus at the first place, it was all in their head! I will say it again as highlighted by others you didn't have a risk.

As I said before, you need to go to a doctor for a diagnosis.
You don't have any medical training so it is not surprising that you say that you don't know what the problem is. You are stuck in a mental rut thinking it has to be HIV.  But the reality is it CAN'T be HIV, so you need to accept that and see a professional instead of trying to diagnose yourself.

Is the 4rth generation test conclusive?? Are you sure? 3 months is not required?

You aren't listening.  Step back, take a minute, and re-read the comments on this thread.  YOU HAD NO RISK FOR HIV.

You can test any time, and your test will always be negative, because you had zero risk.  No matter what symptoms you are having, they are not related to HIV and you should stop testing for HIV, a disease you do not have.

But what about the testis pain.

That to after 2 months...but there is no rash or burning urination.Does that mean its from a non infectious cause?

It has nothing to do with HIV so you need your doctor to figure if out. No one can diagnose you from here.

This event is ZERO RISK for HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

There is nothing you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.   You did not need to test at all, and you do not need to test again.  You do not have HIV.

Whatever symptoms you are having are NOT related to HIV.
