Touched Vaginal Fluid & with same hand masturbated … Any Risk of HIV

3 days back, I visited a massage parlour, where I was wearing Underwear whole time & Girl was naked … I touched & rubbed her vagina for few minutes in between massage many times … at the end I masturbated with same hand with which I rubbed her vagina …. No as such vaginal fluid was present on my hand (it was not that much wet) … No Penetration, No Kiss to private parts. Just kissed her body & Rubbed her vagina (did not put finger inside vagina, as she did not wanted to)….. and at last masturbated with same hand with assumption that may be vaginal fluid was on my hand
1) am I risk of any STD (especially HIV)
2) do I need to do any test

Thank you

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No other event that you can think of, including the event you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV. You cannot get HIV from hands - yours or anyone else's - even if the hands have blood or fluid on them.  This is a NO RISK event and you do not need to test.
