Touching my own penis after touching a vagina

I was with a woman and I was massaging her genitals.  Afterwards, she noticed that I had pre-ejaculate seeping from my urethra.  I wiped it off, perhaps using the same hand I had used to touch her.  I should note that she did not seem to be excreting at the time, as her vagina felt perfectly dry, but I am also worried that my pre-ejaculate could act as a "gateway" for HIV.  Am I at risk for HIV at all?

You already asked this question and were told what the risks for HIV are, so I will keep this brief. The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

There is no other event you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV, including the event that you outlined here.

Allow me to amend that.  Of course I meant SECRETING, not "excreting."  I beg your pardon.  And to clarify the "gateway" part of my question, I fear that my own fluids activating HIV and entering my body.  Please forgive my ignorance.  I have been extra paranoid in these post-lockdown days.  Also, the doctor who I used to defer these questions has since retired and I don't know who to turn to.
