Trans Encounter - Risk?

I had my first and only encounter with trans escort at weekend. We did oral both ways, their penis in my mouth and my penis in theirs (15-20 mins), this was not protected - no ejaculation and don't recall any pre-cum. I then anally penetrated them and that was protected with condom. I don't know the status of the escort in terms of HIV, yet they state they are clean and get checked regularly but it is very worrying. I went to the clinic straight away and they won't issue PEP given the series of events, and I'm booked in for a same day HIV check after 17/18 days which will be accurate enough to put my mind at rest. I've read countless material but would just like to hear a few reassurances so I don't send myself crazy in the next couple of weeks. Aware of the transmission of other STD through unprotected oral but HIV worries me greatly. Thanks

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Since you didn't engage in any of those activities, it makes sense that you weren't given PEP, which would have been pointless.  You can safely forget about HIV from this event.

Thanks CurfewX - it gives me some reassurance, its a hard wait for 2 weeks just to get that peace of mind. As I've read there is possibilities through unprotected oral both ways, which did occur. Thanks
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (penis, mouth,  fluids, maybe blood,  etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
There is nothing to be scared about.
Reading countless "material" with no medical training is guaranteed to make you scared since you will either misinterpret something, not understand the theoretical nature of claims that have never manifested in history, not recognize fake news etc. Therefore, the first step to peace is to stop googling hiv cold turkey.
Thanks both, the only final point which would reassure me further. The trans escort had lip piercings, assuming this has no bearing (or further risk to me) on them giving me unprotected oral? I don’t have piercings etc, so when I gave them unprotected oral, there wasn’t any element of concern. Thanks.
There is no information that you could add to this event that would turn it into a risk for HIV.
I'm sure you know the meaning of the word only, so reread the advice.
Also, since you didn't answer the QUESTION I will do it for you. Answer > No there wasn't a penis in my anus and the trans didn't needle inject me during the oral so I had zero risk and should move on, instead of wasting my own time asking purposeless what-if questions.
Thanks for that response, it’s very hard as it was a massive mistake on my behalf and waiting the 2 weeks from now for the 4th gen test is so hard when all you do is read and re-read the internet. If you’re saying that unprotected fellatio, both ways, with someone who may have the virus is of NO RISK to me, then I must take that on board and not look further, the test is then a peace of mind exercise. Thank you CurfewX and AnxiousNoMore.
Obviously any test you take for a non-event is just a placebo, and there are no guidelines for that.
Your last post indicates you continue to google for death.   So you will continue to ignore the advice here. which makes you suffer in anxiety - Googling hiv with no medical training is a classic self-inflicting wound system.
