The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Nothing else you can think of is a risk for HIV.  You cannot get HIV or ANY STDs from objects or clothing, no matter what.

okay thankyou so so much :)   also is there possibility of any other infections? i overthink a lot
There is always the very slim possibility of getting a common bacterial infection from licking the panties, but if you don't feel unwell within a couple of days, then you don't need to worry about that.
oh its been 3 months since that incident - so ig i am okay  -  but even after all this the fear of hiv  remains in my thoughts - i think about it all day .  idk what to do about that - anyways thanks a lot for your time :))
wait i forgot  i had some rashes inside the mouth(like red and white patches)  after that but i used a cream and then it went. so it is okay right? or is there somehting?
This is an HIV forum.  You didn't have a risk for HIV, and to save you some time, you also had zero risk for STDs.  If you have other health concerns, see your doctor.
ok i am sorry
thankyou
another thing worrying me is  that what if the virus was still alive and while rubbing i got a little cut/scratch then is there risk? i am so so so sorry about my annoying behaviour but i cant help it please answer this one last question
You have been fully advised that this situation does not present a risk for HIV or STDs.  We are not able to provide anxiety support in this forum.
