Unprotected oral and fingering a sex worker

Dear Doc,

Five days ago I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex with a sex worker I met at the street in Singapore. I was very drunk and did'n get a good errection, so i had to touch her vagina and anus, but the problem is that after touching her I touched my penis to stimulate myselfl. I know this is incredibly STUPID and out of character and I was so drunk it seemed like a good idea at the time but never again.  I am very worried because my condom slipped out and I had to put a new one and that happened 3 or 4 times. So again I touched the head of my penis with the same hands that I fingered her anus and vagina. And at the and we made oral sex for 10-15 minutes and it was little bit hard that in the morning I found that I have something like hickey in the bottom of my penis. Can this hickey be considered as a riсk increasing factor? What are my chances to get out clear of this situation? And also I had something like a flu on that day, can this flu increase my chances of attracting HIV?  I am al read that if the sexworker was having some additional STD's like herpes, my chances of attracting HIV through oral sex are getting higher. Is it true?

I read a lot of stories like mine and I am getting even more worried. For 5 days now I lost 4kg and I don't have any appetite and I am feeling very bad. Yesterday I visit a doctor here in Singapore, but he didn't help much. Actually he bothered me even moree. Now I am coming down with a some red things on my penis, like pimples, but they are not itchy and I am wondering if this is a probable symptom of STD's or something else. Also in the firt 2-3 dats after the exposure I think I had something like fever.  A lymph node at the base of my ear is also inflamed.

What are my risks and what do you think I should do?  Also note that I have a girlfriend and I don't want to risk her being infected by anything but for obvious reasons I'd prefer not to mention this to her if I can safely avoid doing so.

I am going to die from all this anxiety.
Thanks so much!

Actually my condom fell down and stayed in her while i was getting my penis out of her vagina. Is there any chance of contracting HIV. And can I consider that I touched my penis's head while changing condoms as an exposure to HIV,because I had vaginal fluid on my hands? And also my condom slipped very often and I had to put it back on place,so I am worried if I had contaminated the condoms while putting them back. Doc, I am very worried. And I started having some pain while urinating. Today it's the 7th days after the exposure. Please advice.
