Eye Spash and IV

I asked a question about 1hour ago about some blood like fluids splash into my inflamed eyes in a hospital but no answers been given and my question has been deleted,could someone please give me an answer to ease my mind and If pep is needed.

I'm sure this has been shared with you at least one if not more times before, but again, the only risks for transmitting HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.

You must have breached our community guidelines for your question to be deleted.

You don't need PEP, there was no risk associated with this event. Unless, you were exposed to a very high amount of blood and somehow it filled your eyes with it, there is no risk associated.

Testing is not necessary.
