hiv symptoms after 3 days of possible exposure?

Received unprotected oral from bi male / straight female. I also had protected vaginal sex with the female.  The next day (day1) I had a discomfortig feeling at the tip of my penis that worsened by day 2.  I also has a small bit of tenderness in my scrotum.  My aniexty levels were super high at this point so I went in to see a doctor and get tested for STDs.   My urinalysis test came back normal but since I had discomfort, they treated me anyway.  2 sets of pills (8 total) and a shot.  They following day (day 3) half way through the day I was hit with the worst case of fatigue in my life.  Diarrhoea, low grade fever, headache, and almost the feeling of needles poking me in my head.  I'm assuming this was an allergic reaction to the antibiotics. By day 4 all these symptoms were accompanied by a slightly sore throat and ear pain.  This lasted a couple of more days but my penis and scrotum pain went away.  I just can't seem to kick the fatigue and low grade fever.  It's been a week now. What could this be? Hiv?

As our members have stated accurately, oral sex is not a risk for HIV and therefore, your symptoms are not related to HIV.  We are now closing this discussion and we wish you the best.

Since you didn't have any risk, the "HIV" symptoms are in your imagination. You don't have any medical training and wouldn't know how the lymph is supposed to work, so see doc about your non-HIV concerns, instead of fixating on a disease you weren't even exposed to. It is unrealistic for you to have so much confidence in your ability to self-diagnose disease with no medical training except some Googling for Death.

So its been 3-4 weeks after this exposure and i've had an array of symptoms.  The most prominent ones are headache, dizziness (occasionally) pain in right ear, sore throat (pain sticks around, not when i swallow) swollen lymph node in under right jaw, stiff neck, some throat mucus and nasal drip.  I've been stressing out alot and have alot of anxiety.  Been to my doc, who said its too early to test me for anything.  Said for HIV i would have to wait 2-3 months to be sure. Even with OraQuick.  Idk, guys.  I know you say im at no risk but my body has endured actual physical changes since exposure to unprotected oral.  Anyone else have input on this?  Only changes iv'e really seen is fever has gone and hasnt returned.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of the two activities I mentioned above, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   No one has ever contracted HIV from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.
