Unprotected oral sex with a CSW.

Hi, i had unprotected oral sex with CSW (woman). i noticed later i had a small cut on my penis (pretty sure from before). There was absolutely no blood flowing from that cut. what is the HIV risk? i started PEP at 110 hours since i didnt know about PEP.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, saliva, hands, maybe blood etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
You can't have hiv so any test will be a waste of time.
There is no reason to hate yourself - you can do what you did anytime and have no risk.

Thank you. I hope you are right. This event has surely taught me a lot of things. I hope this is just a lesson God intended for me and not a punishment. Full disclosure, I used to have homosexual thoughts and someday might have acted on them (being the bottom), but I am saved I didnt cause much damage I will never even think about those things again seeing how high risk they are. Lord please save me..... it will be a very long journey to wait 3 months for the conclusive results ( i know u said no testing needed, but still just to be sure)
The reality is you have no medical training so you should have zero faith in your own ideas about hiv transmission, yet you keep disregarding the advice and keep explaining how much these religious and unscientific ideas make you afraid.
Seek therapy for your religious fears and fears of an impossible transmission instead of living in agony for months waiting for the time to take a placebo test  - therapy is quicker.
You might as well test to see if she made you pregnant since you won't have to wait for the test results.
Yes, i have realized the promiscous lifestyle is not for me. i get scared. im gonna live a home-buddy life if i am saved. Please pray for me. i cant spend on therapy its not covered in my insurance. i wanna live a normal life.
Just an additional detail. i had intercourse afterwards but the cut remained covered in the condom since its close to the head of the penis. 1 cm below the head. The condom stayed on during sex. i didnt feel anything different or more pleasurable im pretty sure the condom never got loose.
It is time to reread all of the advice and move on. You have no medical training so should have zero confidence in any of your fears that you have posted repeatedly.
The condom is held in place by the elasticized ring at the bottom. A condom doesn't "got loose" as you fear yet still stay on. If it got loose enough for fluid to travel into it it would have fallen off.
Thank you. You have really eased my anxiety for HIV. I know the risk of other STI but so far I can see that HSV1&2 are quite common and other are curable. Thank you so much, I hope everything is fine.
Hey, just one more question. My doc recommended me PEP meds at 110 hours. I am gonna take them for the full course. When should I expect to get a conclusive test after PEP. I am sorry but this would be the last question.
We were fully advised and clearly told you had zero risk and pep was unnecessary. Only an untrained doctor or one that gave into your barrage of anxiety would prescribe pep for this. I'd not take it and you should get your info regarding it since he chose to needlessly prescribe it from your doctor.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NO ONE has ever been infected by receiving oral sex, and you won't be the first in history.  You didn't need PEP and you don't need to test since you were never exposed to HIV.

Thank you CurfewX, what about the small cut on my penis. It was a cut from before and was not leaking any blood. Does it have any effect?
I am so anxious.
I read your entire post before I gave my answer.
I am only able to give you the facts about HIV transmission, which I did in my first response to you, detailing the ONLY ways you could get HIV.  I am not able to provide anxiety support.
I pray to God you are right. I hate myself for going to the CSW.
Just an additional detail. i had intercourse afterwards but the cut remained covered in the condom since its close to the head of the penis. am i in the safe?
