ARS or something less?
I recently had unprotected sex with someone who was unaware of their status. I might be paranoid because this was my first sexual encounter. We had oral and vaginal sex. By the way I'm a female and he's a straight male. He did not ejaculate in my mouth but there was a little bit of pre-cum. He said he didn't ejaculate inside of me but as me just losing my virginity i wouldn't know how it felt if he did but he said he didn't, plus it only lasted about 5 minutes due to me not being able to take it anymore but now I'm having symptoms similar to ars and I'm going crazy and would just like so advice on the situation here is the timeline
I had unprotected sex on the 14th, By the 19th i felt pretty sick with mild chills and a little sweating that night. On the 22nd fatigue hit me like it never has, i was light headed and nauseated. Throughout these days I've had a mild sore throat but more like a swollen sensation rather than burning. On the 24th i was forced to do alot of talking at work which irritated the situation and it felt like my throat was extremely swollen. The sides of my neck and bottom right under the chin is pretty sore. Im not sure if i have swollen lymph nodes or not. I've had a loss of appetite And haven't really eaten anything for a week. Hopefully its just my anxiety about the situation that's keeping me from eating. I've had minor muscle and joint aches in my legs but i do stand up 90% of the time I'm at work. I've also had some pains in my stomach from time to time during my time sick. It is now the 28th and im still having issues with my throat, fatigue, and the mild muscle aches. Im going to get tested on Thursday but i need some advice until then.
My main questions are
1. Was 4 days too soon for me to experience ars symptoms after initial exposure ?
2. Is my description of my sexual encounter considered high risk?
3. Is it usual for symptoms to last for such a long period of time? (Ten days since the day i started to feel sick) (13 days after initial exposure )

I do apologize. Since it was my first one i thought that they take blood everytime. I guess she took blood because of my fears.
I go in tomorrow. I originally had an appointment to come back in 3 weeks after my pap smear but they called yesterday and want me to come in to discuss results from my pap smear.
Im also thinking that since he took my virginity and probably ripped me would it be easier to pass the virus along? Im so scared

I went to the ob/gyn and got my first pap smear. They found that i had a bacterial infection from scented soaps and gave me a prescription for it and drawn blood to test for everything else on the 29th. They then gave me an appointment to come back in three weeks. I just received a call to come in and discuss my pap results and she didnt say it was urgent but it definitely sound like she wanted to get me in as soon as possible. Im freaking out and soooo nervous. Like i stated this was my first pap smear so i dont know if calling someone back in to discuss results is normal protocol or is it only when they find something?
Most of my symptoms that i decribed in my intial post are gone except the sore throat which has been going on for 13 days now. Im scared out my mind that they found HIV. Someone help?

The 4 th generation test will look for antibodies and antigen at the same time. The lab will draw blood from your vein.
Is there a strong chance that i will get a false negative/positive since its only been 15 days since exposure?
I am also going through the same symptoms. Now I have developed a rash on my back. I also started getting symptoms just after 6 or 7 days. I had my first HIV test after 11-12 days which came negative. But I am worried such. Best way is to consult the doctor and go for test.

Unprotected anal sex(but not oral ) carries risk. So always use condoms and be safe.
And your symptoms can be of anxiety. Anxiety causes shooting aches anywhere. a sensation like a lump on any side of the throat is also an anxiety disorder itself. If its swollen it will be easily noticed as swollen. Dont worry
