Urgent Help Required HIV

hey all,

I had sex with an escort this saturday evening. I will try to be some what more elaborate so that you can guide me better. We had protected sex with condom and condom seem to be fine once we were done. I also licked and sucked breast although I did not see any fluid or milk like thing coming out of them. I noticed that the girl had a big cut mark in her tummy by which it seemed like she was pregnant may be 1 or 2 years back, although this just my assumption.

Now coming to my question.

1.) Though I had protected sex by I did lick/suck the girls brests can this be a issue, i noticed her nipples where quite big can that be a sign that she was lactcting till few days back. ( although I did not see any fluid or cuts in her nipple). I am not aware of the status of this girl.

2.) The girl gave me Oral sex with Condom and since the condom was fine we used the same condom form Vaginal Sex too, vaginal Sex lasted for 6 to 8 Minutes and condom seem to be fine once we were done,
but just assuming there was a condom break what are the chances of infection.

2.) After 4 hour of sex I was having drinks with my friends and I gradually had severe Head ace which I managed to take care by having some medicine....  Could this be sign of HIV infection

3.) Same night I also had some minor Diarrhea like symptoms and this is still continuing till today with slight rise in body temperature for which I have consulted a Physician and taking medicines.

4.) From what I am aware of that if any Infection had taken place probale symptoms will only start appering after 7 to 10 days minimum not before that. so does that mean my headache and Diarrhea like symptoms not related to this episode. Please clarify

4.) Should I consider having PEP I still have some time left for 72 hrs to complete, based on my self asssement the need for it is minimal as I had protected sex. ( also I am not sure if any doctor will give me PEP before doing some testing like rapid and antigen but I am still in Window period so it may not give right resuts)

5.) Need less to say I am full of anxity which is having impact on my mental and health condition. Please tell the Tests I which can go though and the timings too: is this good enogh,
go for antigen test after 10days from propable exposrue,
go for antibody test after 30 days from propable exposrue.

thanks in advance for the help.

No reason to go through point by point as 2 people have told you no risk.

You can't get it front he oral or vaginal using latex condoms the way you've described.

I think you are safe.

And I doubt you're going to find an MD who will prescribe you PEP under these circumstances.

You are right about symptoms.  They usually start about 10 days or more after an exposure.

Be well.
