Vaginal fluid touching scratches , Condom Slippage and another one. !

3 Episodes with Unknown status of a Female:

1. Protected Sex while having intercourse I saw there was some blood mixed with vaginal fluid at the base of the condom. So stopped the intercourse. I have few pimple at the base of penis and my scrotum has a rigorous itching scratches around 2 hrs back. And cleaned my penis with water.
What is the risk of HIV over here when vaginal fluid mixed with blood touching scratches at penis base and at scrotum ?

2. Condom slippage while having intercourse. I felt there is something a small change in intercourse. So when I took my penis out and saw half of condom cover my penis. My penis head was covere. But nearly mid of penis and to the shaft is not covered.
Any HIV risk in this ?

3. The girl was lying by facing the ground. I was doing dry hump on the buttocks of a girl. My penis was full of oil. While doing like that I tryed to insert into vagina. I felt like inserting and then took it out very immediately. The girl said I didn't insert into Vagina. She said as she was lying down it will feel like inserting. She promised I didn't inserted into Vagina but my penis touched the outer part of Vagina.
Is there any risk in this ?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

I have previously addressed your "condom slipped" question so you can review that as the advice will not change.

The risks I listed above are the ONLY risks, and your events are not on that list. There is no information you could add that would make these a risk for HIV. You didn't have a risk and you did not need to test at all.
