Lymph Node problems - please help

I have posted on here before, but this posting is one of urgency and panic.

Since Tuesday, I have had painful lymph nodes all over my body - under arms, neck, groin, throat, with other pains down the inner thighs, in my joints, chest, stomach etc.  The under arms and groin are painful all the time, with the other pains coming and going at random.  Having had a potential risk exposure at 7 weeks ago (unprotected insertive anal sex), 4 weeks ago (heavy fingering with a lot of rectal fluid in contact with a cut finger) and 3 weeks ago (brief unprotected insertive sex), I am severely worried with these symptoms.  I have read that in ARS, all nodes flare up, and that is definitely what is happening.

I know you are going to say that you cannot diagnose with symptoms, but this is like nothing I've ever felt before.  Any words of advice or encouragement would be welcomed - I am freaking out.

I am waiting for the results of a RNA viral load test - that will tell me officially.

OK so the RNA viral load test came back negative - they said that I have to back it up with an antibody test at the three month stage, but the fact I had an antibody test two weeks ago and it was negative, then the RNA test was negative, it is very encouraging.  Can I relax for a while - this stress has been horrendous.

I just found a list of common acute HIV symptoms and they include: lymphadenopathy, pharyngitis, myalgia, arthralgia, so this would cover my symptoms right now. Any thoughts?

But I can't see what else this could be - I read that if the lymph nodes are painful they are dealing with a major infection - i.e. HIV.  I can't really feel if they are swollen but I have pain under my arms and groin, down the inner thighs constantly.
