HIV risk from oral, frottage and nipple sucking.

Dear sir,
I had below exposer yesterday for your kind advise:
1.Body to body rubbing with full naked without condom, Genitals are not intentionally rubbed but may touch together during the process.
2.she kiss my nipple with little teething, not enough for blood to come. Close o my nipple, I have 2 dried reddish pimple.
3.I put the condom and did short (may be 1 min) genital to genital frottage. It is not rough and mostly on outer part of vagina.
4.She give me long oral sex with condom for 2 times. After one shot of oral, condom was changed for second shot of oral with gap of 20 min. for second time, it is quite longer period as my penis was not fully erect so it takes time for erection. Condoms was visible intact both the time.

kindly ***** and advise me for possibility of HIV and do I need to go for any test. I am very scared, your expertise advise help me lot.

thanks in advance.

You had no risk and any HIV test will be a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situations you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
