Very scared

Hello everyone, I had sex with a bottom the day before yesterday. We had protected anal sex and kissing. I found a small oral ulcer in my mouth when I kissed. In my memory, the last is the condom I took off myself and watered the condom to ensure that it was not broken. Then I cleaned myself with running water. What I can guarantee is that the condom is at the root of the penis, but I am afraid that the skin at the lower end of the penis has a wound that is hard to find with the naked eye and is not covered by the condom. Of course, the skin at the lower end of the penis has no bleeding wound. I am now very afraid of whether I have the risk of HIV infection and whether I need to be tested. I want to ask for your help.

You were not at risk for HIV.
Kissing is never a risk for HIV, no matter what.
Sexually, the only way HIV is transmitted is by having unprotected anal or vaginal sex.  HIV enters through the urethra, so as long as the condom covered the head of your penis during intercourse, you are safe from HIV.  You don't have to check the condom or fill it with water - if it breaks and exposes the head of your penis, you will definitely know.
