Condom hanging out of vagina

Hello , i did use condom for protection during sex with a worker . But after ejaculation as i pulled out i saw the condom slipped off and was hanging to her vagina . The ring was outside . I pulled it out and she took it from me and threw it in the dustbin. I was stupid to not notice whether the semen was still in the condom but ring was out side of vagina. Do i have any hiv risk here ??

Only the head needs protection. Likely you are ok, since she wouldn't pay for condoms if she didn't want to protect herself from clients so in that case she is likely negative.
Was the penis head outside the vagina when the condom came off?

Yes i lost erection and penis was fully outside when i pulled out . All i saw is my unerect penis and the condom hanging out . I was in a shock .
Does it look possible that condom could have slipped during penetration and was hanging to the vagina with ring of condom being outside of her vagina ?
Also when i later asked her about the semen , she said it was in the condom . I am so anxious coz i didnt see it myself .
HIV is dead outside the vagina, so the only risk would be if there was penetrating unprotected vaginal.  If the ring was outside the vagina and if your penis just slipped out of the condom when you pulled out, then the head was protected for that to happen.
Your explanation is unclear. "penis was fully outside when i pulled out"
I meant when i pulled out all i could see is condom hanging out of her vagina with the ring outside of her vagina .
If the part with the ring was hanging outside the vagina, then it is unlikely that you slipped out of the condom soft and at that point it would have to be outside the vagina then penetrated her vagina soft without a condom then pulled out. That seems impossible to me but you are the one who has to figure this out.

I don't think you had any risk but only you can determine what happened. if you think you night have penetrated without the condom, then you can take a duo test at 4 weeks for a conclusive result , but since she is likely negative also then i wouldn't worry at all while waiting to do that test.
Alright thank you so much , so a 4th generation duo test gives a conclusive result ?
Yes. Or any test can be used after 3 months.
I went for a fourth generation combo test done in a lab . The results were negative , also the lab person told me that 4 weeks is conclusive . However as given in many forums they suggest 12 weeks testing again . Should i wait again till 12 weeks or it is ok to move on ?
My advice can't change so there is no purpose in asking again. I rely on the opinion of expert doctors, not other forums.
