Worrying and scared

I have recently gotten tested for HIV because I felt that it is something I would like to know and it came back negative. I was happy knowing that. However, a week ago I performed oral on a male and am now nervous that I could possibly have contracted HIV. I asked him if he is clean and he answered that as far as he was aware he was and when it comes to having sex is very careful. Do you think that I have anything to worry about because I can not stop thinking about this and worrying. Also, 5 days after doing this action I began feeling neck aches, headache, and congested. Can someone please tell me that I am going to be okay.

Hi there.  Your question has been answered that you have no risk.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  As Rubywitch states "Bacteria and enzymes in saliva render the virus inactive."
