Visited Red Light District and scared as hell

Hello,

i have done something quiet stupid in past week. I went to Amsterdam and as a tourist went to Red Light District, too. In a temptation, i have been with a female sex worker from Hungary, who claims -as normal- to be safe. I believe and hope that is true, because otherwise you wouldn't be allowed to work in government controlled bordells, right? She offered me safe oral and vaginal sex. So the condom was proper used; put on - taken off - with gel etc.. What worries me the most is that i have given her also oral sex, but without any protection. I must say, that i havent felt a lot of her vaginal fluids and my oral performance also didnt last long. I dont have any problems in my mouth-teeth area, which might cause a strong bleeding or open wounds. Then the whole thing, i mean the whole sex, was done like in 5 minutes or so.

When i got back from Amsterdam i got these awful thinkings about "what if.." and then went to my doctor immediatly. I have taken the Hepatitis and this ELISA-Test with Anti-HIV-1/2 and p24-Antigen like 5 days after this "adventure". The results were negative. But of course i know about the "window period" which gives me the worries. My doctor says that i have to wait about 6-12 weeks for an 99% exact result, which is in my case very unpleasant, because of my life style.

Since then i havent got any early sypmtoms like fever or skin rash. Only thing which might be suspicious is that i have got this little swelling on my gum between two teeth like two days after this "adventure", but then again disappeared in like 2-3 days. Its but hard for me to relate those things becuase this kind of swellings do i get when i am under pressure or tired etc, which is just like this in these days. That is why a have a few questions and would be very very glad if i could get some answers or ideas from you.

1. What are the chances that i have been infected with HI-Virus with this lady in Red Light District? Is it in the high risk area, what i have done? Especially the oral performance i have offered her?

2. What if i get a test for HIV like 3 or 4 weeks after the possible incident? I am a 23 years old male and quiet healty might say. Dint have any other sexual transmitted diseases or any health problems. In case of infection would it be an enough time period to detect the antibodies?

3. What are the chances of me infecting somebody in these window period if i am a "false negative"? Would it be enough to use condoms? Or would it be better to give up oral sex or intense kissing for example?

I would be very glad to get some answers from you. In the past few days i am mentally ruined, because of the unknowing.

Thank you very much..

Is this really ZERO risk? I've been reading everywhere, that the oral transmission also possible is, or even intense kissing. But of course not like the vaginal or anal. Is this HI-Virus still a hard to transmit? How can a man be so sure?

I have a girlfriend and i cant talk about it with her. And this waiting is killing me, because we are also having sex. But protected, only vaginal. And she is not a big fan of oral sex, unless i give her. Thank god i wont be around for a while like 2-3 weeks because of my job, but when i get back, and if we dont get in the bed, it will be ver suspicious. What i am triying  to do, ist to be sure till we see us again?
