WBC/Platelet Count low

How fast will your white blood cell count/platelet count drop if you are infected with HIV? Week/Month/Year??? My CBC test flagged these counts and I am very paranoid. Thanks for the help
WBC=3.1
RBC=5.3
Platelet=126

Sorry I didn't give all details. I had unprotected sex with a female 3 weeks before these results. I tested negative for HIV but think this could be a sign, and I tested to early. Thank you.

HIV cannot be detected by regular blood tests, like a complete blood count.  In order to determine infection, you must have an HIV test.

BTW, your levels are perfectly fine.  A lot of labs differ with their "within normal" range.  Your lab work shows nothing concerning.

Did you have a risk for HIV?
