Do these warrant testing?

Just to preface, i have read a lot of the answers in this thread and the std/sti thread and i understand my question can be irritating but please bear with me

Sept'22- cunnilingus(5 mins), some naked body rubbing(5 mins)

May'23- cunnilingus(5 mins), some naked body rubbing(5mins)

Aug 4th- made out for about 5 mins; kissed, rubbed upper bodies for 5 mins; fingered her heavily for 10 mins; condom protected sex for a 1 minute with no visible ruptured condom at the end of it. Remember seeing white ejaculate at the top.

All three scenarios were with different women working at massage parlours. After the first two scenarios, no noticable changes were seen on my genitals. Reading through the posts here and on std sti, i have managed to convince myself that testing is not necessary in the absence of symptoms for other stds. So my question is this, would i get a negative result for hiv if i test in september? These are the only exposure events i have that involve vaginal or oral sex. So if you guys say that these dont warrant testing at all, i will just move on with life and test only if a legitimate unprotected situation comes. I realize that most of my worry is pure anxiety from interacting with csw for sex and i deeply apologize for asking this question. But it would greatly help if you could answer

The ONLY sexual risk for HIV is having unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse with someone. That means penis inside a vagina or anus.
There's no reason to test at all, and any test you take at any time will be conclusive and negative since you didn't have a risk.

You said, "I will work on my anxiety instead of worrying about STDs from this."
You should stick to that plan.

It is odd that you have read many threads explaining that you had no risk. Yet you wonder if you had a risk? Seek therapy if you can't accept that, because this is a long time to be wasting your time worrying that the impossible happened.
Yeah its the anxiety for sure. Everytime I try to move past this, thoughts of a missed condom failure come to mind. Its stupid i know. All threads here and in other forums say its not something you would miss and i dont believe it broke.
A part of my mind seems convinced that I ****** up and everyday I am convincing myself that I didnt. This latest incident has made it super clear that I cannot mess around with csw since it causes this much anxiety. But thats something for therapy.

Dont have to reply. Just wanted to update.
13th day post last exposure mentioned: I took a HIV p24 antigen and HIV 1/2 anti-body test - Result was Non reactive i.e negative
I now believe that the first two episodes mentioned by me were no risk at all. I am sorry that i doubted you guys but I am trying to fight the anxiety and self doubt. Some moments I can do it but most moments, the "what if" creeps up on me. The third event is still on my mind with thoughts of a missed condom failure. I might need to test again post the window period to put my mind at ease. Nevertheless thank you for your support.
