Needle stick in a Hospital

I am living in South America.

On a emergency I had to go to a poor hospital.

I was using slippers and I was stuck by a needle that was left on the floor.

What are the risks? The same as being pricked outside a healthcare facility?

Do you know any poor south american hospital?

Believe it or not, the needle was on the floor.

All they say is that the needle felt from the hazardous container that was full.

WELL YOUR QUESTION IS NOT REALISTIC BUT IF THAT WAS THE CASE HOW COME IT JUMPED OF THE FLOOR AND YOU WERE WEARING SLIPPERS AND GOT STUCKED IN YOU

It was a small needle. It was still attached to the syringe.

WHAT TYPE OF NEEDLE WAS LEFT OF THE GROUND  ???
NO WAY NO HOW THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED
AND EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO RISK BECAUSE HIV WOULD HAVE DIED IF THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE NEEDLE
