What are the chances of me getting HIV this way

Hello everyone,

I will share my story with you and please give me your honest opinion.

Two days ago, on Wednesday a girlfriend called me to her place. I'm 23 and she is 27.
We are just 1 month in a relationship. Never engaged in sexual intercourse, only kissing. She had more partners than I did and I know this is a risky and would never ever sleep without a condom. But this is what happened. We started kissing (I had 1 ulcer in my mouth) and soon I started fingering her (inner and outer labia, not vaginal opening) and after maybe 10-20 seconds I stopped and I said that I have to go home. I stayed there for 10-15 more minutes and I went to a toilet to take a ****. And this is what concerns me the most. I touched my penis with the same hand I fingered her. As soon as I realized that, I got in car and took a shower home in 15 minutes. Her HIV status is unknown to me and I am going to ask her today. But nonetheless, I can't believe her that much.

So to sum up, what are the chances of me getting Hiv by fingering her and after 10-15 minutes accidentally touching my penis when I went to toilet ?
Could I get it by kissing with her If I had 1 ulcer in my mouth ?

And last question, can HIV symptoms appear in less than 20 hours ? Because my left side of neck hurt 8-12 hours after I fingered her and I am afraid my left lymph node is swollen because of HIV virus. I got so scared that I started touching all of my lymph nodes and really right now I can't sleep, eat, drink , think or anything. So afraid.

Please help me.

As Teak said, you were never exposed to HIV risk, HIV transmission has only four routes as follows

1. Unprotected anal or vaginal sex
2. Sharing works in drugs
3. From mother to child
4. Transfusion of un-screened blood, (a threat in the developing world only)

Thank you for your reply. What do you consider exposure then ?
Unprotected intercourse and sharing needles ? French kissing with possible open sores doesn't pose a risk to hiv transmission ?
